What the fee pays for
Card processing, holding your money until the ticket has reached you, refunds when a seller doesn’t deliver, and a real person looking at any problem you report.
Refunds of the fee
If a seller doesn’t send your ticket, or we decide a problem you reported in your favour, you get the whole amount back, fee included.
